As Communications
Practitioners we undertake the following:
• Corporate Communications
• Marketing Communications
• Interactive Communications
As corporate communications practitioners we engage
in the process of facilitating information and knowledge exchanges
with internal and key external groups and individuals that have a
direct relationship with an enterprise. We are concerned with internal
communications management from the standpoint of sharing knowledge
and decisions from the enterprise with employees, suppliers, investors
and partners.
We prepare:
- Annual reports
- Electronic and print newsletters
- Corporate Intranets
According to our practice, we aim to build the company’s reputation
among its stakeholders by engaging in practices which include Analyst
relations; internal communications; investor relations; corporate
governance; issues management; change management; corporate social
responsibility; crisis communications, etc.
Our marketing communications practice entails advertising,
branding, direct marketing, graphic design, marketing, packaging,
promotion, publicity, public relations, sales, sales promotion and
online marketing.
Part of our practice includes the creation and execution of printed
marketing collateral. By extension, we apply strategic elements of
branding and marketing in order to ensure consistency of message delivery
throughout an organisation. In accordance with modern trends, we take
advantage of opportunities to contact stakeholders who act as brand
champions. We are concerned with the general behaviour of an organisation
and the perceptions of the organisation by the various stakeholders.
We are interested in creating aspirations for companies to develop
and apply the optimal combination of communication elements in order
to maximise return on investments and minimise losses.
We are also very actively involved in interactive communications
which allows for active participation by the recipient. As practice,
we seek to establish two-way communications. We recognise the fact
that the significant increase in possibilities for interactivity (especially
over vast distances) brought by the internet has boosted the availability
of digital interactive media.
Our operations in the interactive communications area include the
building of websites and the management of website content.
